Need a person to find viral r/AskReddit threads for my 250k subscriber channel

I need someone who is familiar with the Reddit text to speech niche on YouTube. I myself own one of the biggest channels’s in the niche called “Sir Reddit”. I need someone who is proficient in analysing data to help find me 3 r/AskReddit threads a day.
You would need to find keywords from previous successful videos and find threads through a Reddit archive search engine.
Moving onto the price structure. You will be paid $5 per Reddit thread, 3 threads per day. This will equate to $15 minimum per day. However, if the Reddit thread’s video gains 100,000 views in the first 24 hours. I will pay you $10 for the thread. This gives you an incentive to work smarter to find better Reddit threads. This work will take around 1-3 hours at a maximum per day and it is a fairly easy job if you are able to analyse previous data properly. You may be able to stockpile Reddit threads to earn additional money.
