ROLE OVERVIEW: You be calling homeowners who’ve responded to our marketing and shown an interest in selling their property. You will be pulling comps, negotiating price, making offers and following up with sellers on a daily basis.

Baltimore Cash Buyer LLC believes in providing win-win solutions to assist homeowners with getting out of a difficult situation, like a pending foreclosure, owning a burdensome or unwanted property, inherited properties or any other stressful home ownership situation regarding residential property. We are problem solvers who buy houses quickly with a fair offer, thus alleviating stress for the homeowner.


Full-time virtual position

Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 845AM to 5PM EST. Overtime may also be available.

Key performance measurements and indicators will be clearly defined and discussed.

All contact with the homeowners is conducted on the phone and email. To be successful in this position, you must have a dedicated work area which provides a professional atmosphere with minimal background noise.

The Inside Sales Representative:
- does not have to be US-based; this position can be performed anywhere in the world
- will report directly to the Owner
- will be part of our high-energy Inside Sales Team
- is not responsible for supervising personnel


Key Performance Indicators:

40 calls per day to current prospects

Develop 5 leads per week from Craigslist and Zillow

A minimum of 1 property per week under contract.
A minimum of 7 follow up attempts per lead

Making every lead an offer


You should have the following traits:

Previous inside sales, other sales telemarketing, marketing, or administrative assistance experience.
Strong rapport building skills.
This is an educational sales roll. We do not push, we educate.
Strong customer service skills and active listening abilities and a comfort level communicating via telephone while also being able to take details notes
The capability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
Proven fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
Candidates with previous real estate experience and knowledge would be an added bonus
A quiet working space that will communicate to current property owners that your sole focus and attention is on them
You will need to learn our scripts, and CRM.
