Programm a Frontend for my Website with a well documented API

I'm looking for someone who can program a frontend based on an API for my website.

The goal is to have a fronted on my website where users can:
- upload files (.mp3, .mov) to a specific services, connected via API
- get back the result (for example .doc) and download the result

The API is well documented and for an experienced programmer this should be "easy".
