JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I need an Amazon Virtual Assistant.

I have been selling on Amazon by myself since 2 years ago, and I want to free up some of my time to focus on scaling the business.
We are a Spanish-based company.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create video tutorials for you.
The first thing you will do is creating the Company's Wiki with all the SOPs. (I will give you video tutorials and you will have to write them down step by step to ensure you understood everything).

While there are a set of regularly occurring tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis that you will manage.
- Some tasks you will do:
Product listing and optimization
Amazon delivery appointments schedule
Customer service
Inventory management
Talking to suppliers
Monitoring and reporting
PPC
Constantly updating the company's wiki
Responsible for ensuring that all customer communications are answered and resolved.
Weekdays (M-F): customers messages answered within 12 hours Weekends (S-S): Customer messages answered within 24 hours

You will have 2 weeks of trial, to learn all the basics and after that if I like how you work we can start full time period salary 400 $/month.

Skills:

Knowledge and expertise in managing an Amazon account is a STRONG advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required).
We will use HUBSTAFF to track all hours worked - IT IS A MUST.
Spanish language skills are a STRONG advantage.
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage.
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
Experience with Helium10 is a STRONG advantage.
Experience with EXCEL is a MUST

Graphic design skills are a plus
Must have laptop and a backup laptop
Must have reliable internet connection
Technology & computer savvy is a MUST

Available to check and respond to emails 7 days per week - MUST
Willingness to work with us for the long term - MUST
