SEO Specialist

As an SEO specialist operating on a full-time basis you will perform
both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for our own website and for clients.

Responsibilities

Constantly analyze the performance of the websites against their key
competitors to identify on-page and off-page opportunities for performance
improvement.

Liaise with web developers as required to implement technical improvements
to the websites and their servers.

Constantly monitor policy and algorithmic changes at Google & Bing to
ensure the websites are optimized accordingly.

Generate and optimize SEO content, URLs, keywords, meta tags, internal
structure & links, etc.

Conduct article submissions & online PR

Implement link-building strategies including (but not limited to):
o The provision of quality content on the site to which others will want to

link to naturally.
o Actively pursue the generation of external links from good quality,

relevant 3rd party sites.
o Ongoing blog posting and distribution of content

Generate positive “noise” within social media to stimulate inbound ---------- ndidate Profile and Key Attributes:

Thorough knowledge and experience of white-hat SEO techniques

Proficiency with analytics tools (inc. Google, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush,
Moz, etc) to ensure the maximum value is extracted and then applied to our
activities.

Fluent in the use of MS Excel

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Innovative with a high level of creativity

Able to work under pressure & prioritize workload/tasks

Flexible, with a positive “can-do” attitude

Positive, energetic team player and a good communicator
