We are a growing company and we require full-time remote assistance worker. We aim to grow the company by using all online methods, we have our own software to arrange appointments and property tasks and we do almost all our tasks cloud-based.
We are currently looking for a LONG TERM honest, reliable and motivated person to assist our company, Dedication and loyalty will be rewarded.

Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary Negotiable - bonus's will be awarded too
9am – 5:00pm GMT Work Schedule


The main responsibilities of the work would be:

Making some phone calls, Answering emails, talking to customers via phone (within-time), detailed note-taking, organisation, sending legal documents through written and oral communication
Working from various checklists most of the time
Calling and texting me during the day to make sure we’re on track
Manage Leads and prospects, sales calls too
Able to manage our seo, facebook and back links to improve our website rankings
Work order creation and follow up with tenants and landlords
Follow up with tenant after maintenance has been completed to ensure satisfaction
Review scanned invoices and make sure the correct invoices are associated with the correct properties
SEO - Based on your experience
Arranging appointments managing my dairy and some personal assistant work


Previous experience in a Property Management Assistant role for UK based clients is advantageous although not essential
Daily update reports including what work has been completed during the day
Excellent email and call handling skills
Customer service oriented
A very high attention to detail
Has strong work ethics and highly reliable
Strong English communication skills, speak and write English fluently
Excellent time manager and multi-tasker
Has good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times

Sales calls, Email Support & Phone Support, Work with squeeze and funnel pages, Report on marketing data, competitors, and campaigns, Design marketing materials, Coordinating Photography and videography, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analysing Information, Data scraping
