Customer Support Agent

We are running an online store selling protective equipment such as masks, gowns, gloves, hand sanitizer. We have incredible demand at the moment and are struggling to respond to all customer inquiries.

I would like to find a customer support agent who can write and speak fluent English.

You will require the following skills for this position:

Detail oriented
You will double-check your own work to make sure things are correct.

Flawless English
You should be able to write flawless English and help customers that need assistance via e-mail or comments (no specific knowledge about the topic needed)

Ability to learn quickly

Sales Experience is a plus


This is a full-time position.

Work hours will amount to 40h per week (if possible more).
