Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, positive minded individual to join our Affiliate Marketing team.

Key responsibilities:
Acquire and build relationships with new affiliates.
Monitor performance of and maintain existing affiliates.
Growth and cement relationships with affiliates.
Help create, plan and execute Affiliate Marketing acquisition campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing department.
Create tracking links and request marketing materials from the design team.
Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by ---------- sential Criteria:
Account management/sales, digital marketing or affiliate marketing background
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Team player who is results driven and self-motivated
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent English – both written and spoken

Desirable Criteria:
Experience in the online casino affiliate market
Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), Revenue Share, CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) payment models
Working knowledge of Income Access
