Customer Reach Out, Scheduling, and Service

I am looking for someone who is passionate helping in helping people learn to code.

Your job is to reach out to customers every day on my tutoring platform and see if they need help, manage scheduling of my current clients, and follow up with old clients to see if they need further assistance.

You will be provided with the exact criteria needed to reach out to potential clients, how to schedule current clients, and how to reach out to past clients.

Qualifications:
-Must have a strong grasp of the English language
-Intuition for customer support
-Willing to learn and be trained and is open to feedback
-Programming knowledge is a big plus (but again not a requirement)
-Able to start immediately

Technical Qualification
-Must have your own laptop or PC in a good working condition
-Must have at least 5MBPS of stable internet connection
