Social Media Image & Video Creator

I am looking for a talented video and image editor to help me create a ton of social media content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, ---------- and Twitter.

The best candidate for this job also speaks good English and knows how to write headlines for videos which capture attention and can confidently edit captions.

I have a lot of video content and images which need editing for social media. Someone who knows how to optimize the videos/image for maximum engagement would be great!
