Customer Service, Virtual Assistant, Copywriter

We are a monthly subscription box and are looking for someone to assist with our daily emails and inquiries regarding our customer accounts or any questions they have about our product. Applicant will handle emails coming in and forward items they can't handle to the appropriate person. They will also need to access our Facebook and Instagram accounts and respond to any inquiries/requests there.

Because we are a company that specializes in literature it is imperative that applicant is very proficient in the English language and grammar.

Also need help with marketing- contacting companies to see if they would like to promote their items in our monthly box for a fee.

Must be a fast learner and multi-tasker!
