I am in need of Pinterest help for my new blog.

Requirements:
1. Create beautiful pin images
2. Understand what a good Pin looks like
3. Can help grow traffic within Pinterest
4. Knows how to use Tailwind (optional - but must be willing to learn this platform quickly)
