The ideal candidate will have experience primarily in marketing for a new small business and lead generation. The candidate will be reaching out to businesses and investors and provide financing products to these prospects via social media platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). A VA with digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation is desired. Finally, the candidate should be able to perform administrative tasks and support the team as otherwise required.
We are relatively new Commercial Finance company and are looking for someone who wants to be part of the early stages of a growth company and to grow with the company.
Key responsibilities will be to identify potential clients who are in need or funding (loans/lines of credit) for their businesses (i.e. buying office space and they require a loan for the building and cash flow for their business) or are investors looking to invest in Commercial Real Estate in the US. The ideal candidate will make calls to these business owners and investors and set appointments, follow up with clients as needed and maintain a tracking system and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
