Job title: Business Analyst ---Urgent Hiring---

Summary: We are looking for a driven Business Analyst, with a passion for customer experience, business process and solution design.

Your abilities and past experience will allow you to work across a wide variety of projects and clients. You will be a self-starter with a keen eye to detail & good communication style.

You will be responsible for documenting and defining requirements to inform the delivery road map. You will often be the solution owner and have to manage conflicts and priorities as we move from project definition to delivery. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements, ensure deliverables meet specified quality requirements and deadlines. You will be confident in running workshops and hosting a senior audience through often complex processes

Day to day: - business requirement gathering and documenting via workshops/ calls

- scope definition and recommendations, including solutions to complex business problems

- software demonstrations

- testing

- training documentation development

- end-user training

- implementation management

- post Go-Live follow-up

- tracking and reporting on milestones across analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, training and support

Experience: - 3+ years as a business analyst or functional equivalent within an Ecommerce and/or ERP environment

- identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

- leading requirements gathering sessions with project teams and clients

- working with Magento or other Ecommerce platforms

- working with NetSuite / Brightpearl or other ERP systems

- working in Agile software development environments and with Agile methodologies, including user story and acceptance criteria creation

- facilitating estimation and planning workshops

Skills: - strong attention to detail

- excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills

- ability to work independently as well as within a team

- sound organisation skills to manage multiple concurrent activities

- educated to bachelor degree level within a relevant degree subject matter or of graduate calibre
