Virtual Assistant/Copywriter

I am looking for someone that can help me with my E-commerce business.
I manage Amazon accounts for two clients and also have several Amazon accounts of my own.
I need someone that is great a writing sales copy and is highly organized.
I will provide a ton of paid training and will want the training videos to be converted into SOPs
It will begin with writing product listings but if it is a good fit, we will be getting you into product research etc..
There will be bonus structures in place for long term employees.
