CUSTOMER SERVICE VA

Candidate will be responsible in providing excellent customer service to all our customers.
-Candidate will be reporting directly to the Support Manager
-MUST have Great English Skills
-MUST have an experience in Customer Service
-MUST be organized and has a keen attention to details
-Well versed in using Shopify and Gorgias
-Knowledge in Microsoft excel program and Google Docs is a plus
