Order Fulfillment Specialist

Prior experience and knowledge in drop-shipping and e-commerce orders is required.

Day to day responsibilities:
• Process orders on various customer portals by exporting excel order sheets, importing them into our internal system and then sending the orders for fulfillment to our warehouse.
• At the end of each day, you must close all open orders by importing tracking numbers and ensuring orders are invoiced in our internal system.
• Daily communication with the warehouse to ensure accurate completion and resolve any order issues
• Provide post-sales support and ensure all orders are completed based on the client's exact requirements

Requirements (must meet ALL of them):
• Very close attention to detail and quick, but accurate order processing
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Experience working with data in excel
• Experience working in Quickbooks

Since FAST and dependable internet access is a MUST, please only apply if you live in an area where you don't experience any or much electricity outage. You will be tested via TeamViewer multiple times so just stating you have a fast internet connection will not work since the slow connection will be noticed via TeamViewer connection. Your work schedule will be the following:
06:00am - 03:00pm Mon-Fri CST

Qualified candidates will be selected for a Skype interview where I can see your work area/computer setup. There will also be a paid trial period before I hire permanently.
