Needs to hire 3 Freelancers
This posting is for a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service representative for an ecommerce website.
I'm looking to hire 3 representatives to cover 8 hours shifts of each day for 7 days a week.
Each representative will cover one of the 3 times periods (all time periods are NY, USA eastern time).
6am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm
10pm to 6am
There are 4 very important qualities for this position:
(1) Reliability/Dependable - This is especially important for answering customer
(2) English spelling and grammar skills - communication with customers must be with very good English skills
(3) Friendly - Customers must feel respected and cared for
(4) Very comfortable with computers and Windows environment
I would also encourage representatives to share their ideas for improving our current system and how to make our current system more productive.
Good communication with me, and the various other employees, along with the other newly hired customer service representative is very important.
The following are the basic task that are necessary for this Virtual assistant/customer service position:
1. Answering customer
2. updating orders
3. updating product descriptions/images/inventory
4. creating RMA (return merchandise authorisations).
5. searching for product information
6. creating how-to documentation for other representatives
There are likely other tasks that aren't currently coming to mind.
