Job Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service to clients with student loans by offering solutions and available products.
-Answer inquires, resolve problems, promotes and sells products and services.
-Meet productivity standards, sales goals/quotes , and other metrics which may include cross-sell, product referrals and profit.
-Identify opportunities to further enhance relationships with our existing clients.
-Requires basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information.
Qualifications:
-Stable Internet Connection (at least 5MPBS)
-PC/Laptop with 8GB RAM with at least core i5 processor
-Neutral to American Accent
-At least 6 months of Telemarketer/Call Center experience
-Willing to work from 11:30PM-8:30AM (nightshift), Monday-Friday
-Can start ASAP
