JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK based Telecoms & IT service provider, helping UK businesses improve their infrastructure and service. We require someone who is competent in everything Microsoft but has valuable experience in Microsoft share point and can demonstrate this to a high level. You will be expected to help us manage our own share point, clients and also support Microsoft projects and support to our end users.

Job Requirement overview:

- Administration, support, configuration and maintenance of the global SharePoint environment for our customers.
- To support the Commissions migrations to O365 and hybrid/cloud based application model.
- Develop technical specifications to support the changes required
- Management of all day to day technical support requests, added IT skill sets a bonus.
- Respond to incidents and events in accordance with set SLA and KPI's
- Maintain SharePoint and Office 365 environments for our clients to minimise their downtime
- Development and optimisation of SharePoint support processes for our clients
- Documentation of SharePoint applications and processes Training end users of the SharePoint system either one-2-one or workshops
- Proactive system monitoring and health checking
- Project collaboration with the team in UK
- Working 7am to 3:30pm UK hours.

Experience needed

Good General IT knowledge and Support history.
Practical experience in the management, maintenance and support of SharePoint 2016/2019
Theoretical and practical experience in IT especially Windows server 2016/2019
Good knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, web parts, content types and search
Project management of simple/small technical projects
Experience with PowerShell, SQL and HTML


Person specification

University or vocational qualification in computer science
Good problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to develop team culture
