JOB OVERVIEW

Handy Dads Home Remodeling is looking for a friendly customer service / Admin support person to help with expansion of our fast-growing business. We are in the home remodeling industry working with homeowners performing such tasks as kitchen and bathroom remodels, deck and garage builds, interior remodeling and more.

We need the right person to serve as our company communications point person. A few of the tasks include answering incoming phone calls and setting appointments for our project managers who meet with clients to provide estimates. Also, you will interact with clients over the phone, email and text. During the scheduling process you will be working with our ZOHO CRM software. Additionally, you will post pictures of our work on various sites and occasionally post on social media.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Is physically capable of working the hours required 10:30pm - 4:30am local Manilla time, Monday - Friday (occasionally a few hours on Saturday)
- Has all the required technology to do the job (cell phone with good connection, computer, strong WIFI connection, noise cancelling headsets, etc.)
- Has a working environment with NO background noise
- Dependable, punctual, able to work independently
- Excellent spoken and written English required with little to no accent
- Friendly and enjoys working with the public
- Detail oriented and can manage many tasks simultaneously
- Trustworthy with high levels of integrity
- Available to start now
- Looking for long term work and willing to grow with the company

Job Details:

- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, communicate and follow up with customer
- Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors and customer
- Work with Google calendar, Calendly, Asana, Word, Excel, Zoho CRM and other misc. programs
- Other misc. and communication related tasks as needed
