We manage multiple international brands on different ecommerce platforms.
Our company focuses on cosmetics, skin care, and fitness products.
We’re looking for not just anyone, but rather a highly emotionally intelligent person to join our elite team and provide the greatest customer support out there, for our amazing customers.

Here are your responsibilities:
- Intelligently answer customer inquiries.
- Have phone conversations with customers.
- Manage processes of returns & refunds.
- Tracking follow ups with Excel/CRM.
- Take part in building processes and improving our customer support practices.
Who are we looking for:
- Fluent English (writing and speaking) is an absolute must.
- High level of attention to details.
- High level of organization and aesthetics.
- Tech-oriented - while you won't need to do any type of coding, being tech-savvy is a great advantage.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday, 8.5 Hours/day including 1 hour of paid break.
- 1-2 hours during weekends.
Other:
- For every month you work for us, you'll get 1/2 sick day, and 0.75 vacation day (it sums up with the months)
- Religious holidays are either paid vacation or half day work (depending on the holiday).
