Lead-Generation VA with great English skills (20 hours per week)

We are a small, remotely operating consulting company looking for a virtual assistant (Entry-level) for 20 hours per week (10 am-6 pm GMT). We are first of all looking for the right personal & cultural fit whom we can help grow and train into a superstar.

You are going to be working on tasks related to lead-generation and sales assistance by following our documented processes. You will be working closely with the founder on sales, booking meetings with messaging, and thus helping us reach better results.

This is a great opportunity for a person looking to either start a virtual career or take on new challenges to grow professionally in our very ambitious environment. If you are not hungry to grow and challenge yourself every day, then this position is not a fit for you.

We require demonstratable experience with at least one of the following:
-At least some experience in either lead-generation, sales or prospecting.
-At least some experience in either Ecommerce, digital marketing.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Help with tasks related to lead generation & sales.
-Tracking of various sales, lead-generation metrics, and budgets.
-Updating our CRM and creating follow up tasks.
-Email outreach and follow up with leads.
-Ongoing ad-hoc help on a variety of matters.

Required:
-Excellent English written communication skills are a necessity.
-A stable, fast internet connection + a webcam and a microphone.
-Passionate about communication and wants to have an impact.
-Very eager to learn and able to process instructions, understand the core reasoning behind the processes.
-Eager and able to quickly implement newly learned skills. Hungry to improve.
