Hello guys,
I'm looking for somebody to take care of my customers via phone call:
- Information about products and brand
- Processing orders
- Providing information to current customers about the status of their shipments
- Solving issues in case a product is damaged

This is for a very LONG-TERM position so I'm looking for serious people. Training will be provided with all the details on how to take care of the customers.
Short-listed guys will need to record a video and send it back with some questions that will need to answer. Also, it's important to know if you're going to be fully committed with this position since we're building a long-term team, not something that will last 2 weeks, I'll also need you to type on the beginning of the proposal the word lion, so below are the details.
Salary: $350/Monthly
Shift: Mondays to Friday 7 hours each day
