Webmaster - Australian Company

I am looking for someone like to assist me with being the webmaster for my businesses in Australia. www.onsiteproperty.com.au is our main entity and website.

We are looking for a full time employee ideally to work from home using our cloud software and we are looking for them to start as soon as possible.

We use wordpress and would like someone who can effectively operate and impement plugins etc from wordpress, improve the various websites on an ongoing basis, aswell as other trial projects such as creating new websites from wordpress templates and some customization from time to time.

We are a small real estate company based in Brisbane Australia. We will look to give you a substantial bonus each 12 months equivalent to 12 months salary for the person who demonstrates commitment and excellence, aswell as profit share in some of our online endeavors.

We would ideally like you to work from 8am each business day and given that we want excellence and commitment, we ask that you work only for us and we feel we will reward you enough and we will have plenty for you to do.

For us the biggest thing is honestly and commitment to the tasks. If some things cannot be done that if fine, just tell us as soon as you are aware. We also ask that if you promise to deliver something by a date and time, it is done.
