YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
1. Have excellent skills in speaking, reading and writing in English
2. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
3. Love of reading English canonical literature (novels, short stories, poetry, drama).
4. Ability to use Microsoft Office at an intermediate - advanced level
5. Able to work with and communicate well with developers or IT staff to assess or troubleshoot any technical issues with content on our website.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Develop and document procedures to manage website and educational course content.
Create and collaborate in creating online courses.
Monitor learning of students online.
Obtain and organise documentation from students.
Documenting and streamlining business processes.
Mark student homework and assignments.
Liaising with students regarding their progress.
Answer any student questions pertaining to the website or any aspect of learning.
