Accountant/Booking position in vibrant small, US Real Estate company. Annual revenues are from real estate consulting & valuation services and five-year plans calls for expansion into real estate development/investment during 2020 with an increase to $1,000,000+ in revenues. This is long-term position working directly with the company owner, handing a combination of bookkeeping and accounting functions. Quickbooks Online expertise is needed. Excellent English skills are needed including about one hour weekly in phone and video/chat discussions. 10 to 15 hours weekly are planned initially, and responsibilities can expand over time with your talents and abilities.
The pay is 400 to 500 PhP per hour (depending on experience), and the hours are anticipated to be between 10 to 15 hours per week (stable regular number of hours each week). Please note that I may not respond to applicants until May 7th.

D. Education - 4-year college degree in finance- or accounting-related degree, or equivalent work experience
E. CPA is preferred but is not required
F. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is required
G. High comfort level with various technologies such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks, sharing One Drive, Video Chat (such as Whatsapp), and managing ID/Passwords. Other technology used are
H. Self-starter who can initiate and be responsible for large projects with minimal guidance/instruction
I. Willingness and ability to help set up/enhance business systems/procedures and assist in training on accounting, Quickbooks, website maintenance using Wordpress, and other finance issues

II. Job Responsibilities
A. Organizing, enhancing existing bookkeeping/accounting system on Quickbooks
B. Categorizing expense and other bookkeeping entries,
C. reconciling sales revenues with invoices,
D. bank reconciliations monthly
E. Monitoring receivable collections
F. Preparing monthly / annual profit and loss statements, and annual budgets
G. Preparing quarterly cashflow statements and annual CF budgets
H. Assist in training, responding to questions, setting systems and procedures
I. Handling and troubleshooting various technology issues/problems
J. Setting up and processing US W-2 income tax withholding and reporting
K. Handling extraordinary items such as government tax-related reporting
L. Possibly assisting with personal income and expense items, personal cashflow planning
M. Performing Financial Analysis / Planning on an as-needed basis.
N. Communicating with my CPA in the US regarding income tax preparation and tax accounting
O. Accounting for small real estate assets owned
