Chargeback/ Retrieval Specialist Assistant

We sell Men's Virility and health supplements and vitamins over the phone inbound and OUTBOUND, telemarketing and mail order.
Most of our clients have email and cell phones and most are not comfortable or do not have time to strictly order online
IF YOU ARE GOOD AT WINNING CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES PLEASE APPLY

*We are looking for someone come up with ways to prevent retrievals and chargebacks
* You must keep track of all chargeback case if we when or lose
*You will be contacting the bank to hear chargeback outcomes

* we are trying to cut back on customer friendly fraud meaning the customer gets the merchandise and charges back.
* Over all we need a bulletproof plan.
*We need things in place to minimize the loss of revenue and cut back on customers claiming fraud

*Must be organized
*Must work US hours PST time zone
** PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you have Experience with chargebacks
