Part/Full Time VA as a Marketing Assistant

Mortgage broker located in California looking for a part/full-time assistant to partner with on business development activities including connecting with realtor partners and social media.

Specifically
Invitations and administration of “agent marketing” and webinars for realtors and other professional partners. This is a well-structured program and solid training on the details is provided.

Manage social media sites including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Develop, edit and post blog content from articles that I identify or that you research on a particular topic. Adhere to a schedule of posting to blog and social media.

Administration of “Agent Marketing” upload information to a property website system including single property websites for our realtor partners. This is also well structured with lots of training.

Execute marketing plans to attract new referral partners and maintain existing relationships. Similar plans to keep in contact with past clients and prospects. Document using ZohoCRM and Asana (for project tracking).

A plus if background includes Real Estate and mortgage and skills include video editing, posting to YouTube etc.

Must be able to work approximately between 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific standard Time. Must be able to give 15-30 hours part-time. Dedicated computer with a wired Internet access is required. Knowing the Microsoft suite of software and Google docs is a plus but not required as long as you're willing and eager to learn. MUST write excellent English.
