Amazon Sellercentral & Inventory Manager / Virtual Assistant

For our expanding product portfolio, we would like to engage YOU as 'assistant for managing our sellercentral account and inventory management'. We would start out, depending on your level of knowledge on basic tasks and expand from there. Generally we are looking for a long term relationship of mutual trust, understanding and growth. If you dont know how to do everything, that is ok. Learning is part of the journey. Additionally, we would love to leverage your strengths, apart from what we search in this description. As we are a small, but growing company, your time investment depends on how many new products we manage to launch. We estimate at the moment an effort of 10 h/month.

Tasks and responsibilites can involve:

AMAZON
• Create/Update new/existing product listings
• Create FBA shipping labels to send to our storage/logistics partner
• Create and run 'simple' PPC campaigns in Amazon to start/run (new) products
• Case management on Amazon (whenever we need something from them, e.g. EAN was stolen)• Product Inventory Management
• Amazon Parent Child Relation
• Individual Listing Creation
• Add Video to Amazon listings
• Fix Orphan Child And Suppressed Listings
• Amazon FBA Management
• Write compelling product Title, bullet points and description (With HTML Format)
• Backend Search terms To Index listing with Keyword
• Create FBA shipments.
• Set up FBA as well as maintain FBA inventory by analyzing reports and based on
product ranking and sales, send the appropriate amount of product to Amazon
facilities
• Amazon SEO
• Amazon PPC: Monitor PPC ads on Amazon using keyword strategies
• Amazon customer service
• Social Media Management For Amazon, eBay and Other sites listings
• Amazon Storefront: setup, design, and conversion rate optimization
• Amazon A-Z cases Management
• Deal with Amazon Customer support for resolving the issues

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• Restock our products, when they are running out, by ordering with our suppliers
• Managing contact with our suppliers via email
• Create shipments to ship goods from suppliers to Amazon or other storage facilities
• Manage shipments and supply the necessary information to the logistics companies

DOCUMENTATION
• Create a good and coherent documentation (SOP, Standard Operating Procedures) for all steps, as we will need to onboard more people in the future
