Looking for a Superstar Illustrator for Oil Paintings and Portraits

We are a custom portrait company looking for someone who can help make costumes that look like real oil paintings, but can be done digitally or by hand and uploaded. We need someone who can effectively create costumes with great detail that our clients can love. An example of the quality and type of portrait can be found below:
