JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced developer of Employee Handbooks with Policies for a 10 day project for a Faith-based Non-Profit Organization - Elim Pacific Ministries dba Oasis Empowerment Center - A Drug and Alcohol Recovery Center. Programs: Women's Residential Recovery, Men & Women's Outpatient Recovery, Transitional Housing for homeless mothers with children, Transitional Housing for victims and survivors of Domestic, Dating, Rape Violence.

You will work with the Director for this project. Must be experienced with Microsoft Word, Adobe DC Pro, Zoom and Dropbox. We have specifications available for applicants to review upon request such as current Employee Handbook.

Required Experience
• Experience creating Policies, SOPs, etc.
• Previous Handbook development and Policies experience a huge plus
• Experience in working with Non-Profit Organizations
• Prior experience with Drug & Alcohol Recovery and Treatment is a plus
• Human Resources knowledge & experience is a plus

• Ability to communicate clearly
• Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
• Write “It’s okay to struggle but it’s not okay to give up on yourself or your goals.” on top of your proposal
• Attention to details
• Write a short SOP for “washing your hands”
• Willingness attend scheduled meetings via Zoom with video and audio
• Completion of the project in 5 days under 30 hours
• There will be a short skype call between us and video will be required
