Full time Virtual PA and eager learner for a Job in the Music Industry!!

I am looking for a proactive, motivated and driven individual to help start running my online presence.

I am a musician and need someone with excellent online marketing skills and proficient with email marketing, social networking marketing and data capture. I will also invest time and effort into training you in all aspects of the music industry. I want to capture new fans and engage existing ones to buy my music online as well as merchandise and online gigs etc.
It is essential that we have an open channel of communication and I will require daily communication with you via email or Skype on your progress, what you have enjoyed and where you need may need some help.

I see this as a long term working relationship and will treat you with respect. I need you eager to learn new skills and put them into practice... thinking outside the box is a must!!

Your daily duties will include but not limited to...

- email marketing
- html email building
- auto responders
- learning how to use Aweber email manager
- split testing with different banners
- Facebook Ad setup to test banners and click through rates
- encoding fan capture banners to my site
- Twitter Marketing
- Market Research
- email setup
- website editing and basic coding
