Wanted: Admin Superstar!

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working closely with the business owner, proactively taking administrative tasks off
their hands. You are not required to be a creative copywriter, designer or marketing ‘strategist’ although your input will always be welcome. Your admin tasks will be demonstrated to you first by the business owner.

The role will begin at approximately 5 hours per week, with potential for this to be expanded to other roles once your expertise is demonstrated.

TOOLS WE USE

If you don’t already have experience in using these tools, you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to rapidly master them while suggesting better tools that you know of.

Slack (our primary communication tool)
Zoom (how we run our meetings)
Google Apps (Email, Google Sheets, Docs etc)
