Except for Thumbnail creation we need a person who could share ideas and thoughts.
You should like hard work and also mix it up with talent.

You could work from home and all it takes is a computer and a network connection.
All in the team get paid per produced video.

Love to learn new things
Can work full-time if the project is growing
Skills we are looking for:
Be able to come up with ideas for the thumbnail that makes a video go viral
Create the thumbnails in editing program that you have on your computer
Super creative
