Job Description
As a Game Community Manager in Mixed Realms, you will join a passionate team of game professionals and take on the responsibility of communicating with gamers by responding to reviews/feedback and keeping them engaged on our communications channel.

Responsibilities
- You will be part of a game development team, including game producers, programmers and creative teams. You will be the conduit between Mixed Realms and our players’ community to ensure their feedback is heard, responded to, valued and reflected to the development team.
- You will communicate tightly with gamers via various channels, including Steam, Reddit, Discord and our social channels.
- You will keep an active stream of communication between the development team and the community.
- You will monitor complaints, feedback, discussions and trends within fan bases on all channels, including Social media channels and review channels.
- You will identify the most common issues based on community feedback, regularly prepare internal reports and escalate issues quickly and efficiently to all relevant internal parties when necessary.
- You will livestream playthroughs of the game.
- You will prepare creative briefs (images, videos and written) to publish on our social channels to attract gamers.

Qualifications
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands;
- You will ideally have worked in the same role before for a video games company;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- You have a good sense of humor, you have high EQ, you are patient and kind;
- You are an avid gamer;
- You are a team player;
- You are proactive in seeking solutions to problems;
- You have a talent for identifying negative community reactions and resolving them.
