EXPERT Wordpress Web developer / With good knowledge in SEO : long-term full-time US Based Web Marketing Agency

I am looking for a full-time Person for the US Based Web Marketing Agency.
The position will be long term and full time 40 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be trustworthy, able to work well with them self, use their common sense, and work only for my business.

The successful candidate will be able to set up WordPress sites, and code complex changes to themes or code from PSD files to create GRADE A+ RESPONSIVE sites that look beautiful and load FAST.

-PHP and WordPress Development EXPERT(minimum of 4 years)
-HTML/CSS coding
-E-commerce, membership sites etc
-Excellent English Writing and Speaking
-Home computer and Fast internet
No agencies please!!
Please send me a few examples of WordPress sites that you have coded in the past and details of your experience working on similar projects or for international businesses and their contact information if possible.

Upon reviewing your previous work, I will ask some questions, talk on Skype and then put you on a 1-2 week trial with pay and then consider your work to dUpgrade to see actual info if I will keep you on.
