Member Support Representative

Hey guys,

We are a rapidly growing company with our Main Office in the United States. We work with Realtors to provide Smart Marketing strategies all throughout the US and Canada.

As we grow, we are expanding our talented Member Support Representative from the Philippines to respond to our new clients, develop new services to meet their needs, and give them the most fulfilling customer service from us. We are looking for the best and brightest who share our passion for bringing Realtors fulfillment and success!

What is a Member Support Representative?

Your role as a Member Support Representative is to make sure our clients are onboarded and hand held as they get set-up with our products and online services. You will be their coach and go-to point of contact all throughout the life-cycle of their membership with us.

What hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST( or depending on your Team Lead )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via PayPal
• PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Per Month plus a Very Promising Incentive Bonus

We're looking for applicants with burning desire to succeed and is passionate over the phone and chat services. With that, we need applicants with an excellent command on verbal English and the ability to understand American slang. To add, we will be needing your excellent Office Set-up. A good computer with upgraded version, premiere quality headset & internet speed of at least 5mbps both for upload & download.
