JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking motivated and driven professionals looking to grow with a fast-paced marketing agency! We see the importance as a company to invest in our team members and are looking to build professionals into experts in their field.

We need an Off-Page SEO Expert to join our team.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Familiarization Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- PPC experience is a MAJOR PLUS

Responsibilities

- Pull traffic reports, keyword ranking reports, and other necessary reports to provide to the Operations Manager - weekly.
- Analyze the reports and come up with some solutions to any outstanding issues (i.e. decrease in traffic, decrease in keyword rankings, etc.)
- Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Preparing detailed strategy reports
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Running PPC campaigns
- Developing link building strategies
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
- Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines for the copywriting and SEO team to follow

Citations and Directory Listings

- Perform Citation Audits - research and document any pre-existing citations for new clients.
- Build Citation Sheets - create/claim new citation tracking sheets for directory listing tracking, based on the Citation Tracking template.
- Directory Listing Creation - create new big citations and local directory listings using the client's current information.
- Directory Listing Updating - ensure the clients’ current directory listings are up-to-date with accurate information.
- Verify Directory Listings - complete all phone and documentation submission verifications on directory listings

Link Building Outreach

- Research and identify publisher websites for link building opportunities.
- Conceptualize topics for guest blog posts and content assets.
- Write and send customized, professional outreach communication to publishers.
- Continually test new outreach communication/methods.
- Successfully land published links for our clients.
- Build and grow relationships with publishers.
- Communicate client progress with the Operations Manager.
- Stay current with link building trends and Google algorithm changes.
