VA for customer service and order fulfilment

Your role will include;

1) Customer Support - answering customer questions and general help.
2) General help with small jobs (if needed)
3) using zendesk & Shopify

3) able to work without much management once setup.
4) Great time management skills
5) Have experience with Shopify
6) Great customer support skills
7) * experience using zendesk
