Paid Test Job for Long Term Hire

This is a test job where I will be hiring 10 people for 4 hours of work, and will be paying everyone, but selecting the best person for long term hiring.

These are the skills/traits you should have if you want to take this test job:

- Good at online research, can work fast and be accurate.

- Can handle email outreach, writing emails, managing recipients, finding emails from websites if needed.

- Good at data entry, can work fast and be accurate, spreadsheets, Google Sheets + Google Docs, large lists and small lists.

- Good organsation, can do multiple tasks in one day and keep organised, provide good reports with good communication

- Highly motivated, don't need to ask for the same thing over and over, knows how to get work done professionally, fast work, taking the work seriously


This is the salary I am offering for long term work for the selected candidate:

The salary is $300USD per month for 8 hours work per day 6 days per week, or $350 per month if you can work 7 days per week. After two months the rate will increase by $50 per month if a candidate that is selected performs well - so will become $350 for 6 days or $400 for 7 days.


This is the payment for the test:

I will select 10 candidates and will pay $5 each for 4 hours of work. The candidate that does the best job will be selected for long term VA work.

I will give everyone the same task for 4 hours, and then I will compare the results. If you do a good job then you will be considered for the long term position that pays between $300 - $400 per month as described above.

I am most importantly looking for a professional, and someone who is very motivated. This can be really long term work - months or years, for the right person.
