PR and New Client Outreach

I'm looking for someone who is VERY familiar with social media who can search for & qualify potential clients in my niche on Instagram and contact them via a script and then schedule them for a 20 min discovery session in my calendar. I am also looking for someone who can help me with PR for my business.
