I am just starting out with my agency but have a lot of leads in the pipeline and will be signing my first client in the next 1 to 4 weeks. The successful candidate will work with me on a long term basis and be a part of my team. An equal to me and not my employee. I am looking for someone who is hard working, self-motivated and that wants to work long term with us. You must provide proven results within your application and explanation and when you got the results and who for. I have a great plan in place with a couple of mentors and my agency will be scaling quickly, and therefor the earning potential here is huge, as you will be paid per client, per month. You must have a full understanding of Google Ads and know how to get results and clicks for local businesses like Accountants.
