Video Editor + Creative Assistant

I run a small team of content creators in New Zealand and I am looking to hire an experienced editor to join the team.

The different video styles you will be editing are:
Social media (short and sharp for Instagram and TikTok)
Documentary (English speaking required)

Requirements are:

Video edit using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020
Fast computer
Organise and cut raw footage in to useable/best clips
Edit social media style videos
Edit documentaries (Fluent english needed)
Edit 4k footage
Fast editing skills
Organised, labelled workflow and communication
Strong internet connection
Creative mind
Disciplined work ethic
Trustworthy

Workflow as follows:
1. I send over raw footage on a hard drive and/or upload to Google Drive
2. I will provide a brief on what to do
3. Editor (you) raw edits files to usable clips
4. Editor pieces the clips together, following the instructions provided.
5. Editor sends back project file over the internet

If you prove your abilities then you may be tasked with editing a whole video with your own creative style. If you impress with this also, you may be also flown around the world to help us film different projects (once flights reopen of course).
