Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to effectively interact with team members and clients
· Extraordinary attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Basic project management, editing, and writing skills (required)
· Must have minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
· Experience proofreading documents for spelling, punctuation and grammar
· Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
· Marketing duties
· Database Management
· Internet / Property Research
· Creative writing
· Social media management
· Design and create marketing material for the new property listings, property closings
· Posting properties for sale on group's website and external marketing websites
· Updating group's website/website maintenance
· Follow up with buyer and seller during the due diligence period obtaining necessary documents and signatures
· Brokerage support, including proofing and editing marketing packages for superior quality in adherence to the M&M editorial style guide
· Assist with local public relations activities including press releases
