Job description:
Responsible for managing digital marketing, advertising, and promotional staff/agencies. Will be responsible for setting goals with the marketing staff/agencies and ensure these goals are met.
-Plan marketing and promotional objectives.
-Prepare marketing activities alongside other company executives and agencies.
-Analyze market trends and recommend changes.
-Ensure all promotional materials and brand messages are consistent.
-Monitor marketing campaign key performance indicators and hold agency/staff accountable for meeting KPI metrics.
-Decide whether to hire, keep, or fire an agency or marketing staff member.
-Develop and lead a marketing team.
-Lead all digital marketing efforts and activities of Renaissance Management. This includes social media, pay-per-click campaigns,
