The Executive Assistant will be an extension of the VP of Sales and Operations responsible for the sales and administrative tasks required to buy and sell residential properties.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns via text,
• Build rapport and manage relationships with our investor partners.
• Transaction coordinator for contracts and closing deliverable.
• Administrative responsibilities for day to day operations.
The Executive Assistant will be a versatile performer who can manage the details and communicate at a high level.
• Prior phone experience, must love being on phone and building relationships.
• Prior history of CRM, lead management,
