American start-up Tribute.co is looking for top tier customer support agents in the Philippines who are fluent in English, consider themselves to be top performers, autonomous workers, leaders and efficient team members.
Tribute helps thousands of people create collaborative video montages that they can give as a gift on special occasions. Here's a quick video that explains what we do:
We are hoping to connect with customer support agents that take pride in excellent communication, support, customer success and want to grow with our company.
All customer support is done through a chat interface on https://helpcrunch.com/ and https://www.hubspot.com. You will be trained via screenshare by the current customer support lead and there will be a full knowledge base and video tutorials available to help you interact with users/customers.
Support tasks include answering simple questions using our canned responses, uploading videos for users, and making small changes for users through our back-end system. Along with these simple support tasks, we are asking our agents to double as Concierge video editors as well. We have a VERY simple video editing tool that we use to make small changes for customers.
We are looking for someone who's willing to work 10-hour shifts, 6-7 days a week. We have 2 different shifts available right now. DAY SHIFT: 8am - 6pm EST
EVENING SHIFT: 4pm - 2am EST
We are looking for 20-30 people to join us for our next round of training, we are scaling fast!
We have guides available to bring any contracted support agents up to speed on our processes and communication guidelines and also have a team member available for training and questions in real time.
IMPORTANT: For you to be considered for a position with us, you MUST have internet download speeds of 50Mbps or higher and upload speeds of 35Mbps or higher.
