Project Manager

We need someone to coordinate and organize our team of freelancers and team members for marketing oriented tasks. Things like lead research, outreach on LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, Call Campaigns, etc etc. We have a small team of 3 part time resources and also use outside freelancers use direct hires, Upwork, Freelancer and a bunch of others.

You would not be responsible for doing these tasks, but making sure they are getting completed, getting answers, tracking and reporting on them. We have an immediate need of part time up to 10 to 15 hours per week. Most of the work can be done anytime but there is a unique requirement.

You must be available between 8:00 and 9:00 Eastern US time for a Zoom call (At least 3 times per week). I record most of the activity in video but it's too cumbersome for me to document all the tasks (that's your job!) and track that they are being completed and that they are correct. Sorry this is non-negotiable and is only Monday - Thursday. We will work together to make the tasks simpler for the team to implement.
