We are a Singapore company in the business of selling monitors and smart TVs. The role is to convert customers into passionate evangelists for the brand by providing great customer service. This position is for a long-term, full-time candidate who is serious about joining our growing team. We are looking for someone disciplined who can manage themselves and is confident in getting work done in a precise and efficient manner. This job operates on a work from home arrangement.
Responsibilities
-Communicate with customers via phone,
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
-Provide assistance with the RMA process
-Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
-Data entry in various platforms
-Social Media Moderation
Qualifications
-At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
-Has past experience using Zendesk
-Degree holder and above
-BIG plus if the applicant has worked in a monitor industry previously
